Once a client agreement is signed, our compliance team conducts thorough due diligence on you and any family members included in your application. This essential step ensures your eligibility and protects the integrity of the process. Upon passing all verification checks, we formally onboard you as a client and outline the full scope of services, fees, and expected timelines.

A dedicated relationship manager is assigned to guide you through every stage — from gathering required documents and completing government application forms, to coordinating with legal advisors and investment partners. We handle the time-consuming and complex aspects of the process on your behalf, including making the final submission to the relevant government authority.

Once the relevant government authority has reviewed all documentation and completed its own due diligence, you will receive an approval-in-principle letter. At this stage, you will be asked to fulfil any remaining payment obligations — including the qualifying investment or contribution. Upon receipt of all payments, the government will issue your residence permit, citizenship certificate, and passport where applicable.

Your relationship with TopNation Global does not end with approval. We continue to provide ongoing support for all matters related to your new residence or citizenship — including permit renewals, passport reissuance, addition of dependents or new family members, annual declaration requirements, and advisory on additional programs you or your family may wish to explore in the future.
