Through our concierge partner network in each of our active markets, we coordinate the practical work of settling in — from utilities and a local mobile number to a residence-permit renewal calendar with reminders sent twelve months in advance.

• Property management and rental oversight — for clients holding qualifying real estate as a non-resident

How we work with partner specialists

Concierge engagements are billed separately from the residence advisory and run on a year-by-year subscription. Our partner network is selected for discretion and continuity — concierge relationships often outlast the original migration engagement by a decade or more.
