1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of topnationglobal.com and any advisory services offered by TopNation Global (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the website or engaging us as your adviser, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Description of services
TopNation Global provides independent advisory services on residence-by-investment, citizenship-by-investment, qualifying real-estate transactions, and related strategic immigration matters. We act as advisers — we are not licensing authorities, attorneys, accountants, or government agents.
Programme thresholds, eligibility rules, processing times, and benefits are set by sovereign governments and may change at any time without notice. Our published guidance reflects the rules in effect at the date of publication.
3. Client eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals and family offices considering qualifying investments of CAD 250,000 or higher. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, of sound legal capacity, and lawfully entitled to enter into these Terms.
Investment-migration programmes require independent due diligence. We reserve the right to decline any engagement where the source of funds, sanctions screening, or programme eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.
4. Advisory engagement
An advisory relationship is established only after both parties execute a written engagement letter that defines scope, deliverables, fees, and confidentiality terms. Use of the website, submission of an enquiry form, or informal correspondence does not create a client relationship or fiduciary duty.
5. Fees and payment
Advisory fees, government processing fees, due-diligence fees, and qualifying investment amounts are disclosed in the engagement letter. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority. Our advisory fees follow the refund schedule set out in the engagement letter.
6. Intellectual property
All website content — including the TopNation Global brand, factsheets, market analyses, video productions, and proprietary programme tools — is owned by TopNation Global or licensed to it, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages of the site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading information;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our infrastructure, or any data not intended for you;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to extract content without our express written permission;
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including via denial-of-service attacks or malicious code;
- Impersonate TopNation Global, our staff, or any other person.
8. Third-party programmes and links
Investment-migration programmes are operated by sovereign governments and licensed agents. TopNation Global acts as an independent adviser only — we do not represent any government and we receive no government compensation for inbound enquiries.
The site may link to third-party sites (developer projects, government portals, financial institutions). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers
The site and all advisory communications are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that programme rules, prices, or timelines published on the site are current at the time of your reading. Always confirm current programme details with us in writing before relying on them.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or migration advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Consult qualified counsel before acting on any information presented here.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopNation Global and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any engagement, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
Our aggregate liability for any direct loss arising from the engagement shall not exceed the advisory fees paid by you to TopNation Global in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TopNation Global harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the site; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Calgary, Alberta, conducted in English, under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
